Cronaudio - Privacy & Terms

1. MICROPHONE USE

This app uses your device's microphone solely for the main audio recording function initiated by the user. Audio is never collected in the background. Recording only starts when you manually activate it through the floating widget or home screen widget.

2. LOCAL STORAGE

Recordings are saved exclusively on your device's internal memory. Cronaudio does not upload your recordings to any external server. If you uninstall the application, recordings saved in the private folder will be deleted.

3. ADVERTISING (AdMob)

Free users see ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to personalize advertising. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

3. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTS

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix errors. This data helps us improve the app and is processed anonymously. No audio content is ever transmitted.

4. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cronaudio offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) through Google Play. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings.

5. FOREGROUND SERVICE

The app uses a foreground service with a persistent notification to ensure recording is not interrupted when you switch apps or turn off the screen. This is required by Android for audio recording.

6. NOTIFICATIONS

Cronaudio may send notifications to inform you about recording status and service state. You can manage notification permissions in Android Settings.

7. SHARING

You can share your recordings with other apps using Android's standard sharing system. Shared files are handled according to the receiving app's privacy policy.

8. WIDGETS

Cronaudio provides a floating widget and a home screen widget for quick access to recording controls. These widgets do not collect any data independently.

9. DATA DELETION

You have full control over your data:

A) Delete individual recordings from the recordings list.
B) Delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing storage from Android Settings.
C) Cancel premium subscription anytime from Google Play.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading and using Cronaudio, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

2. RESPONSIBLE USE

You are solely responsible for the content you record. You must not use this application to record individuals without their consent if local laws prohibit it. We strongly encourage ethical and legal recording practices.

3. PREMIUM FEATURES

Premium subscribers receive additional benefits including an ad-free experience and extended features. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the app and managed through Google Play.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The software, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of the developers. Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the code is not permitted.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

· A) Loss of recordings due to device failures or battery depletion.

· B) Android operating system errors or updates.

· C) Third-party app interference.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS
